1. Soak one scarf in hot water, and another into cold water. Ring dry.
2. Wrap hot scarf around neck, and leave on for 5 minutes.
3. Remove hot scarf, and replace with cold scarf.
4. Wrap a (wool) scarf around the cold scarf.
5. Leave on for 20 min or sleep with it on overnight.
